  • As General Counsel, managed all legal aspects of company operations, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Responsible for managing company’s overall legal strategy and advising on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate transactions, contract negotiations, real estate law and employment law.
  • Extensive experience in the wireless industry, including tower siting and development, specializing in project management, contract negotiation, zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance for cell towers and other related facilities. Successfully managed multi-million-dollar tower buildout and equipment upgrade projects for mobile carriers and private tower companies, ensuring the seamless deployment of critical telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Provided legal and strategic guidance to companies, with a focus on employment law, business negotiations, and the development of internal policies.
  • Managed cross functional legal and business teams in land acquisition projects, working across various stages of business objectives, regulatory and community relations, contract negotiation, due diligence and project coordination, stakeholder management, and cost management throughout the acquisition process.
